END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This EULA governs the use of the *premium* features of the Software. The base (free) version is licensed separately under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2).

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Licensee”) and toughcoding.net (“Licensor”) for the Stream Secure for Bunny.net WordPress plugin (“Software”).

1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the premium components of the Software,
which are not covered by the GPLv2, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
The base (free) version remains licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2).

2. FREE VERSION
The free version of the Software may be:
– Used on unlimited domains
– Distributed under GPLv2 terms
– Modified per GPLv2 requirements

3. PREMIUM FEATURES
Premium features are subject to:
– Payment of applicable fees
– Activation through Freemius platform
– Use is restricted to the number of domains and sites permitted by your Freemius license
– You may not distribute, sublicense, share, or resell the premium version or license key

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights remain with Licensor. Licensee may not:
– Reverse engineer or decompile the premium components, except as explicitly allowed by applicable law
– Bypass license verification systems
– Remove copyright notices

5. SUPPORT
Free version support is provided through WordPress.org forums. Premium support is available to paying customers via support@toughcoding.net.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION
This agreement terminates automatically if Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, Licensee must uninstall all premium components.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Premium activation and license management are handled via Freemius, Inc. By using premium features, you also agree to their terms of service: https://freemius.com/terms/.
